Product Details

2. The relative humidity should not exceed 85% within the temperature range of -5 to 40 ℃, and the monthly average temperature should not exceed 30 ℃;
3. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that can seriously damage metals and insulation around;
4. No obvious vibration or turbulence

This series of electric furnaces consists of a furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace bottom plate, furnace door device, and control system.
The furnace shell is made of welded steel sections and plates into a box shaped outer shell, with a full fiber box shaped furnace chamber inside. The gap between the furnace chamber and the furnace shell is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fibers and diatomaceous earth powder for insulation and heat preservation.
The workbench is movable, and when material needs to be fed in and out, the workpiece table is flipped up; When it is necessary to close the furnace door, simply flip down the workbench.
The heating element is made of silicon carbon rods placed on both sides of the furnace, and the heating element is led out of the furnace body and connected to the power supply.
The opening and closing of the furnace door is done manually. The furnace door has a clamping device to ensure its sealing performance.
The furnace bottom plate adopts ZG3Cr24Ni7N, which is a high-temperature furnace bottom plate used for placing workpieces
The temperature control system adopts contactor control and high-precision intelligent meter temperature control, with low temperature control accuracy and small temperature difference fluctuations.
