Detection Principle	Coat the target antibody in a 96 well microplate to form a solid phase carrier. Add standard or specimen to each well, and the target is bound to the antibody on the solid phase carrier. Then add the microbial target antibody, wash the unbound antibody, add HRP label and avidin, wash again, and add TMB substrate for color development. Precautions for pipetting
