Coat the target antibody in a 96 well microplate to form a solid-phase carrier. Add standard or specimen to each well, and the target is bound to the antibody on the solid-phase carrier. Then add horseradish peroxidase labeled antibody, wash the unbound antibody, and repeat the processAfter washing, add TMB substrate for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the target in the sample. Measure the absorbance (O.D. value) at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader and calculate the sample concentration.

1. Please wear experimental clothing and latex gloves for protection during the experiment. Especially when testing blood or other bodily fluid samples, please follow the national biological laboratory safety protection regulations.

There may be a small amount of water like substance in the newly opened wells of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate, which is a normal phenomenon and will not have any impact on the experimental results. The temporarily unused Flat noodles shall be removed and put into the spare aluminum foil bag, and stored according to the storage conditions in the above table.

3. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used for detection requires the installation of a filter capable of detecting wavelengths of 450 ± 10nm, with an optical density range between 0-3.5.

4. Different batches of reagent kit components cannot be mixed (except for reaction termination solution).
