1、 Overview:

  ZJ - 5SDThe inter turn impulse withstand voltage tester adopts the "pulse waveform comparison method" to conduct equivalent overvoltage simulation tests on the motor or coil winding with high voltage pulses to verify the impedance symmetry and balance of the coil winding. Pulse voltage waves with a certain wavefront time and specified peak values are alternately applied directly to the same designed test and reference line groups. The difference in attenuation oscillation waveforms caused by the impulse voltage between the two is used to distinguish whether the insulation between the motor winding turns is good, and the degree of difference reflects the severity of the coil turn fault. Good identification of inter turn short circuits, coil corona discharge, local short circuits, wiring errors, coil balance, etc. Due to the short wavefront time of the applied high-voltage pulse. Due to its low energy, it is considered a non-destructive test.
