Molecular Devices 96 Microporous PlateAll are made of high-quality USP Class VI polystyrene raw materials with high transparency, produced and packaged in a high-level dust-free environment, and meet the requirements of ANSI/SBS standards to ensure consistent and reliable test results in experiments. The 96 well cell culture plate adopts a low volatility lid bottom combination design, and has undergone quality testing through cell biology related experiments. It is sterilized without a heat source (<0.5 EU/ml) and irradiated with gamma rays. The low volatility lid bottom combination design can effectively reduce the evaporation of water in the culture plate during long-term cell culture, thereby reducing experimental errors caused by the increase in concentration of the culture medium due to water evaporation in the surrounding pores of the culture plate during cell culture.

Using ELISA method, detect the OD450 results of Molecular Devices and a certain imported brand's medium adsorption and high adsorption 96 well fully transparent microplate coated with Protein A (45kDa) antigen. As shown in the figure below, regardless of Molecular Devices or an imported brand, advanced adsorption plates can bind more Protein A, and Molecular Devices fully transparent microporous plates have better repeatability in multiple pores.

Huh-7 cells were seeded onto Molecular Devices and an imported brand microplate, cultured for 5 days, and treated with CCK8 for 2 hours. The changes in OD 450 nm absorbance were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader to reflect cell viability. As shown in the figure below, there was no significant difference in cell proliferation detection between CCK8 using Molecular Devices and a certain imported brand of microplate.
