Moisture analyzerIt is based on the electronic balance and equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and high-efficiency secondary heat radiation devices to achieve fast and accurate moisture determination.Based on the principle of thermodynamics, the percentage content of moisture and other results are obtained by comparing the weight and wet weight of the material after drying.

Purpose:

Widely used in industries such as enterprises, agriculture and forestry, and scientific research institutions. Can test the free moisture content of samples such as tobacco, paper, food, tea, beverages, grains, chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, textile raw materials, etc.

Due to the use of highly sensitive sensors, only a few grams of sample mass are required for testing, shortening the testing time.

Using a 500W halogen lamp design as a secondary radiation heating source, the sample temperature can reach 200 ℃ within 3 minutes.

There are three measurement methods available:

When the rate of change in moisture content per unit time is less than the predetermined limit value in automatic mode, the measurement will automatically stop and the measurement result will be obtained

The timed mode completes the drying of the sample within the predetermined time and obtains measurement results

Manual mode can terminate the measurement and obtain the measurement result through button operation

Equipped with a standard RS232 serial interface, it can be connected to a printer or computer
