Overview

The mobile phone glass flame photometer should be placed horizontally on a non vibrating workbench, and there should be no shaking during operation. The calibration site should be well ventilated and not directly exposed to strong light. The FP640 flame photometer has been greatly improved based on our original product, simplifying the gas system and using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as fuel. Equipped with a flameout protection device, greatly improving safety. This instrument has the advantages of small size, simple structure, easy operation, stability and reliability. It has the function of pre-set flame size. The display screen can show decimal points and can be freely adjusted.

Normal working conditions

Mobile glass flame photometerOperation process:

1. Plug in the power plug of the air compressor, start the air compressor, and the pressure gauge will gradually rise. Pull up the air filter and adjust the knob, then turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the pressure to around 0.15MPa. Insert the straw into the solution, and the solution enters the atomization chamber. Shortly after, the solution flows out of the waste liquid dish, indicating that the instrument's sample atomization is normal. Place a container under the waste liquid dish and collect the waste liquid;

2. Plug in the power cord of the host, turn on the power switch, and then turn on the switch on the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder. Rotate the gas valve to the appropriate position and press the ignition button. Then, a spark can be seen from the observation window. Rotate the gas valve to adjust the flame height, making the flame appear as a blue conical flame. The instrument enters preheating. If the ignition does not start and the instrument displays Err1, you can increase the opening of the gas valve and press the ignition button to start the ignition again. If the engine stalls due to gas exhaustion or other reasons during use, the sound and light alarm will display Err2 and the gas solenoid valve will automatically close to prevent gas from escaping;

3. The longer the preheating time is 30 minutes, the better it is to use distilled water for continuous injection, as this can better simulate the actual injection conditions;

4. When shutting down, first close the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder (tighten clockwise). After the residual petroleum gas in the pipeline burns out, the flame will be extinguished. Before shutting down, please boil in distilled water for about 5 minutes. After shutting down, the gas valve of the instrument does not need to be rotated. For the next use, simply turn on the switch on the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder and press the ignition switch, and the flame state will not be adjusted. The opening and closing of the gas is also controlled by an electromagnetic valve. When the fire cannot be ignited, you can increase the amount of gas and adjust it after ignition.
