1) Keep the instrument room clean and ventilated;
2) Use a stable 220V power supply voltage;
3) Gas and auxiliary gas (air) must be dry and pure;
4) During the operation, the body should not approach or touch the combustion chamber and chimney cover, nor should it look down from top to bottom;
5) After successful ignition, wait for 10-20 minutes before calibration, otherwise the calibration value will be inaccurate;
6) The combustion gas of the instrument should be turned on at the latest, and the first step after use is to turn off the combustion gas;
7) After preparing the standard solution, it should be stored in a polyethylene plastic bottle, and the discharged waste liquid should be collected and treated centrally;
8) Keep the atomization chamber and combustion head clean and maintained. If high salt concentration samples are tested, the time for spraying distilled water should be appropriately extended;
9) The sample to be tested must be clear, and attention should be paid to the liquid level during operation to ensure that the injection tube only absorbs the upper layer of solution.
10) To avoid the impact of previous tests on the testing, enter the "Clear" menu in the initial menu and clear all the data from the previous "Calibration" and "Testing".
11) After use, it must be cleaned with alcohol (distilled water) until the pressure gauge pointer reaches zero.
