This series of instruments is simple, flexible, and has an intuitive interface, allowing you to witness advantages that other sorting systems cannot match.
The newly launched flagship version MoFlo Astrios EQs and dual forward EQ sorter fully utilize the stable flow control and electronic design of the original MoFlo Astrios. They not only have a wide range of laser selection and six channel sorting functions, but also add enhanced scattered light (eFSC; under review) technology that can detect submicron particles, thereby expanding the sorting function. Seven small holes separate up to seven laser spaces to complete complex multi-color sorting tasks. The leveling multi laser beam shaper (MLSO) generates an evaluation beam distribution, shortens calibration time, and improves optical stability. Two micrometer bases control the calibration effect of all seven lasers, simplifying sorting preparation work and shortening setup time. Advanced software components enhance instrument functionality. The operation of the touch screen control panel has been optimized for the workflow of the experimental center, making daily settings very convenient and suitable for use with optional integrated biosafety cabinets.
