Maintenance method:


  1. Regularly check the oil levelDuring the operation of the gearbox, the lubricating oil will decrease due to consumption. If severe wear, obvious wear marks, cracks, or tooth surface peeling are found on the tooth surface, the worm gear should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the transmission performance and service life of the reducer.

  4. Check bearings and sealsBearings and seals are vulnerable components in the gearbox and require regular inspection. If any looseness, abnormal noise or inflexibility of the bearing is found, the bearing should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, check whether there is any leakage in the seals.
