Working Principle:By reducing the pressure inside the chamber through vacuum pumping, the boiling point of the solvent is lowered. Therefore, when the pressure drops to a certain degree, the solution begins to boil; Simultaneously, the sample is continuously centrifuged to keep the solution collected at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, avoiding sample contamination and loss caused by solution boiling; The solvent vapor liquefies and is captured by the low-temperature cold trap, which can protect the vacuum pump and extend its service life. In addition, the sample is always in a low-temperature and vacuum environment, which can prevent the deactivation and oxidation of heat sensitive samples.
