MAS-100 NT is a high-performance instrument. It utilizes the principle of Andersen air sampler to extract air through a porous cover (300 * 0.6mm), and microorganisms in the airflow collide with the surface of the agar medium attached to the standard culture dish. After completing the sampling period, place the culture dish under suitable conditions and determine the total number of bacterial colonies. The MAS-100NT operating system includes a high-performance suction device and a built-in anemometer for continuous monitoring of intake volume. The system automatically detects wind speed and flow rate and adjusts the pumping speed at any time to ensure a sampling volume of 100L per minute. Therefore, when the system encounters external factors that interfere with stable flow or local air intake blockage due to overfilling of the culture dish, it can automatically adjust the sampling speed to 100L/min. According to international standards, the standard used for measurement in the pharmaceutical industry is the total microbial count within 1 cubic meter.
