  • Liquid flow unit

    The liquid flow unit adopts a closed module design for real-time filtration and monitoring of the dosage of two reagents used by the instrument. The sensor continuously monitors the liquid level, ensuring that the computer promptly reminds the operator to keep the liquid level above the low limit. The filter can filter the liquid flow online, removing any impurities that may contaminate the reagents. The filter can be easily removed from the module for cleaning or replacement.

  • Industrial flow cytometer

The flow cytometer (technical device) includes a solid-state laser with high stability, a flow cytometer chamber, a microscope, a narrow filter, and a high-sensitivity light spot amplifier. Laser is irradiated onto fluorescent markers that penetrate bacterial DNA, and the fluorescent pulses are collected by an optical system. After being filtered by a narrow filter and eliminated by a photoelectric amplifier, the density and width of the fluorescent pulses are recorded and used as gate parameters. The classified pulses are converted into individual bacterial counts (IBCs) and converted colony counts (CFU). The flow cytometer is designed to be compact, fully enclosed, and maintained at a constant temperature of 30 ℃, ensuring stability.
