Automatically complete all sample pre-processing procedures

• The automatically recognized samples will be taken out of the tray container and placed on the sample turntable

• The sample will be immersed in temperature controlled warm water and heated to the desired temperature as the turntable rotates

• To ensure that the analyzer takes a representative sample, the automatic sampling system shakes the sample well before analysis

• The sample has been opened

• Sample identification is achieved by reading barcodes or RFID (optional)

• The sample is transported to the agitator/extractor of the analyzer

• After analysis, the sample will be sent back to the original tray

• As needed, measurements can be taken on the test samples

There are two key modes for the coordination between the system and the analyzer.

Mode 1, the basic mode of ILAS3000 in conjunction with the analyzer.

In this mode, ILAS3000 acts as a sample delivery robot, while the analyzer manages the connection between customer operations and the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Mode 2 is * cooperation.

In this mode, ILAS3000 has more control over the analyzer. We can provide customer job management functions, quality assurance checks, connection to laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and require less experience from operators.

• Customer sample grouping

ILAS3000 is a designed product that can smoothly transport samples one after another. Multiple sample works can be loaded into the system simultaneously, but they must be processed one after another without interruption. The samples in the tray can be automatically recognized and display a certain pattern.
