DairySpec FT Technology Principle
The DS FT component analyzer uses an industrial Fourier transform spectrometer to collect the full infrared absorption spectra of milk samples for component analysis. Full spectrum scanning establishes calibration based on all spectral characteristics of each specific component, and the infrared spectra are stored for a long time and can be used for other calibration applications at any time.
