Core functions and working principles

The autologous blood recovery machine collects intraoperative or postoperative blood loss from patients through a negative pressure suction device (such as trauma bleeding, body cavity hemorrhage, surgical drainage fluid), and after anticoagulant treatment, separates blood cells from waste liquid through multi-layer filtration and high-speed centrifugation technology. The specific process is as follows:

Collection: After mixing blood with anticoagulant, it enters the blood reservoir to avoid coagulation.

Separation: The centrifuge tank rotates at high speed to retain red blood cells inside the tank, and waste liquid (such as crushed cells, anticoagulants, plasma) is diverted to the waste liquid bag.

Cleaning: Wash red blood cells with physiological saline or compound Ringer's solution to remove impurities and harmful ingredients.

Concentration and reinfusion: The cleaned red blood cells are concentrated and stored in a blood bag, and finally reinfused into the patient's body.
