Product introduction
Product Overview:
Microwave photovoltaic material drying equipment is a material that can directly convert solar energy into electrical energy. Photovoltaic materials, also known as solar cell materials, only semiconductor materials have this function. Materials that can be used as solar cell materials include monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, GaAs, GaAlAs, InP, CdS, CdTe, etc. There are monocrystalline silicon GaAs、InP。 There are monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, and amorphous silicon that have been mass-produced on the ground. Others are still in the development stage. At present, efforts are being made to reduce material costs and improve conversion efficiency, so that the electricity prices of solar cells can compete with those of thermal power generation, thereby creating conditions for wider and larger scale applications.
Microwave drying is a method of internal heating. Wet materials are in a microwave high-frequency electric field with a short oscillation period, and the water molecules inside will undergo biochemical reactions and arrange neatly along the direction of the microwave electric field. Then, they quickly rotate with the interaction of the high-frequency alternating electric field direction, and produce violent collisions and friction (up to billions of times per second). As a result, a part of the microwave energy is converted into molecular kinetic energy, which is manifested in the form of heat, causing the temperature of the water to rise and leave the material, thereby drying the material. That is to say, after microwaves enter the material and are absorbed, their energy is converted into thermal energy inside the dielectric of the material. Therefore, microwave drying is a drying method that uses electromagnetic waves as a heating source and the dried material itself as a heating element. Microwave photovoltaic drying equipment uses this principle to dry photovoltaic materials.
The photovoltaic material microwave dryer has fewer supporting facilities, occupies less land, is easy to operate, can operate continuously, and is convenient for automated production and enterprise management.
