Product introduction

The microwave equipment transformer is one of the main electrical components of microwave equipment. The transformers used in microwave equipment are all high-voltage transformers, also known as high-voltage stabilizing transformers. In order to increase the edge gap, its primary and secondary sides are separated by magnetic circuit inserts, giving it a higher safety factor.

微波设备变压器

High voltage transformers have the characteristics of small size and large capacity, which meet the strict requirements of industrial microwave equipment for volume and capacity. Under the same load power, its volume is only one-third of that of a regular transformer.

The microwave high-voltage transformer we currently use has an input of 220V/50Hz and outputs two sets of voltages, AC4000V and AC3.3V. AC4000V is rectified and used as the anode voltage for the magnetron, while 3.3V is used as the cathode (filament) voltage.

Microwave high-voltage transformers have special voltage adaptability. When the input voltage of the high-voltage transformer fluctuates within ± 10% of the rated voltage, the output voltage changes within ± 3% of the rated voltage. It is this excellent voltage adaptability that provides reliable anode and cathode (filament) voltages for microwave equipment.

In addition, high-voltage transformers also have short-circuit characteristics. At rated voltage, the sub high voltage output terminal of microwave equipment high-voltage transformers can short-circuit for a short time. Its short-circuit current is not large, about 4 times the rated current, which is not allowed for ordinary transformers. Complete short-circuit of ordinary transformers is destructive.
