There are many types of chemical raw materials used in microwave chemical product drying equipment, and this equipment has been widely used. Chemical raw materials can generally be divided into two categories: organic chemical raw materials and inorganic chemical raw materials.

The study of microwaves in the chemical industry is an emerging interdisciplinary field. The application of microwave in chemical products not only saves energy, but also enables multiple processes related to certain products to be completed in one go in microwave. Although microwaves cannot be directly and significantly absorbed by many organic compounds, a strong microwave absorbing "sensitizer" can be used to transfer microwave energy to these substances and induce chemical reactions. Microwaves exert an inducing effect through catalysts or their carriers, that is, the consumed microwave energy is used to induce catalytic reactions, which is called microwave induced catalytic reactions. Molten and ashing samples can be used in a microwave muffle oven, and some TGSin materials (commonly known as SiC) with high microwave absorption can be placed around these sample containers. Microwaves can be absorbed by these materials, and the temperature can be raised in a short period of time (reaching a high temperature of 1000 ℃ within 2 minutes); Compared with ordinary muffle furnaces, the melting and ashing of microwave muffle furnaces promote faster temperature rise, consume less energy, and avoid thermal radiation when placing and removing samples.
