This electric furnace consists of a furnace body, a bracket, a muffle tank, a vacuum system, and electrical control. The outer shell of the furnace is welded from steel plates and steel sections. There is a furnace made of refractory material inside the furnace shell. The heating element (0Cr25Ai5 high resistance alloy wire) is arranged around the furnace. The space between the furnace shell and the furnace is filled with aluminum silicate fibers and insulation materials. There are four electric wheels installed under the furnace body, and this electric furnace is a vertically moving horizontal electric furnace.
