Overview

Microculometric chloride quartz tube: (microcoulometric, quartz tube, quartz cracking tube, cracking tube) $r $n is used for the determination of chlorine content in microcoulometric method, with a detection lower limit of 0.3mg/L and a chlorine content detection range of 0.3mg/L~5000 mg/L. Made of high-purity quartz fired, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.

Product Details

The microcoulometric chlorine analyzer is based on the national standard GB/T18612-2011. According to the microcoulometric principle, all forms of chlorine in the sample are converted into HCl at high temperatures in nitrogen and oxygen, and enter the titration cell. In the cell, silver ions are produced through electrolysis and react with chloride ions. The microcomputer automatically calculates the total chlorine content in the sample based on the electricity consumed by the silver ions and Faraday's law. The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, and the samples are loaded by an automatic sampler, with a high degree of instrument automation. It can be used for the analysis of trace chlorine in petrochemical products and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, scientific research, teaching, environmental protection, quality inspection, and commercial inspection.

Microcoulometric quartz tubeMain characteristics of the instrument

Fully configured, widely applicable, automatically converted into corresponding parameters based on form and density, with good performance and high degree of automation.

Computer control, display the entire process status, illustrate the parameters of the entire titration process, and save data for easy retrieval and printing of various results.

The furnace body and main unit are equipped with shielding devices to eliminate the risk of furnace temperature runaway and also solve the interference with the titration cell baseline during the heating process.

Simple operation, reliable performance, good stability, and easy installation. The cracking system is air-cooled and the fan automatically starts and stops.
