The microcomputer controlled spring testing machine WDW-300M is a platform that integrates servo automatic control, automatic measurement, data acquisition, screen display, and test result processing. It is powered by a built-in servo motor and equipped with precision ball screws, leaf spring testing fixtures, and PC servo controllers. It has high rigidity and good linear motion characteristics, realizes multi-channel closed-loop control, and completes functions such as fully automatic control and automatic measurement of the experimental process.

The microcomputer controlled spring testing machine WDW-300M is mainly used for pressure testing of locomotive and vehicle leaf springs and compression testing of cylindrical springs.

The microcomputer controlled spring testing machine WDW-300M can fully comply with the requirements of GB/T228-2021 "Tensile Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature", GB/T7314-2005 "Compression Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature", and GB/T19844-2018 "Technical Conditions for Steel Plate Springs" for various tests, and can meet the requirements of GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN and other standards.
