The YAW-1000B microcomputer controlled manhole cover pressure testing machine (oil cylinder downward type) adopts a high stiffness structure host to ensure safety during the testing process. The oil cylinder is placed below, with a four column structure and an observation hole on the upper crossbeam. During the test, the crack width of the steel fiber manhole cover can be observed and measured. By using a microcomputer to control high-precision servo motors and digital valves, precision hydraulic cylinders are driven to automatically control the test force, displacement, and deformation in multiple modes, completing compressive testing of various materials and specifications of manhole covers.
The control mode has control functions such as constant velocity stress, constant velocity test force, and test force maintenance, as well as screen display functions for test force, peak value, and test curve. The test curve has a force time curve, and the control mode smoothly transitions. Equipped with overload protection, automatic unloading or stopping of the test.
The rigid pad is tightly connected to the piston push out end, ensuring complete contact between the manhole cover and the reaction plate, and guaranteeing the authenticity of the measured bearing capacity.
Users can program on site according to experimental needs, automatically closed-loop control, cyclic loading, loading speed, and loading waveform (as the standard loading process is a cyclic waveform loading process). In short, each indicator step of the national standard can be programmed, making the entire process fully automated without manual intervention.
