The microcomputer controlled extrusion testing machine ZLC-2500JY (equipped with a constant temperature vacuum test chamber) is mainly used for extrusion testing of metals or other special materials. It adopts a vertical structure, with an extrusion space between the oil cylinder pressure plate and the mold support base, which can achieve slow extrusion of the sample in a high-temperature vacuum environment. The extrusion space is adjusted by a piston, and high-precision spoke sensors are connected to the actuator (piston). The closed-loop servo control system composed of an electrical controller, servo valve, displacement sensor, and computer can automatically and accurately control the test process, and automatically measure test parameters and curve graphs such as test force, displacement, test speed, and time.

Technical parameters of constant temperature vacuum test chamber (can be customized according to user requirements)
Temperature range: RT+50 ℃~+600 ℃ (temperature control accuracy: within ± 1 ℃)
1. Temperature fluctuation: ± 1 ℃
2. Heating time: Heating up 2-20 ℃/min
3. Accurate touch screen microcomputer PID temperature controller can be connected to a computer for communication and data acquisition, and linear heating can be set
4. Temperature measuring body: K-type thermocouple sensor(Thermocouple diameter 3mm, heating hole diameter 4mm, length 30mm)
5. Digital display vacuum gauge, capable of displaying up to 100Pa, equipped with vacuum pump (required vacuum degree within hectopascal level)
6. Adopting double sealing with sealing rings (reciprocating motion of the loading rod of the testing machine)
