Product Introduction

DW-20 type air microbial samplerIt is a new generation of air microbial sampler developed by Hangzhou Dawei based on the impact method principle of Anderson Anderson air sampler, which complies with the standard GB/T 16293-2010 Testing Method for Floating Bacteria in Cleanrooms (Areas) of Pharmaceutical Industry.

This product is widely used in clean rooms and sterile environments in various healthcare systems, pharmaceutical GMP, and biological fermentation industries.

3. During sampling, planktonic bacteria pass through micropores at high speed and collide with the agar surface of the culture dish to ensure the complete collection of particles larger than 1 μ m.

4. Based on the principle of particle impact and the theory of constant velocity sampling, the sampling is direct, and the wind speed at the collection port is basically the same as that in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the microbial concentration in the clean room.

3. Flow calibration: The instrument software is equipped with a flow calibration module, which can be connected to an external wind speed and air flow meter (user provided separately) to achieve regular flow calibration
