The micro transverse electromagnetic wave chamber, also known as the uTEM chamber, is designed and developed according to the JJF1886-2020 standard. Its applicable frequency range is DC-1GHz, and it can be used for measurement and testing of field strength transmission standards. It is equipped with testing equipment such as GTEM chamber, power amplifier, signal generator, power meter, directional coupler, etc., and can be used with testing software to achieve measurement and testing of electric field probes.

The micro transverse electromagnetic mode cell (μ TEM cell) is a specially designed small transverse electromagnetic wave cell with a symmetrical structure. The outer shell is made of two aluminum shells tightened with screws, and the inner flat plate is made of brass plate. The μ TEMCell can still generate a computable standard field strength at frequencies up to 1GHz for calibrating a sufficiently small field probe that does not exceed its uniform zone size.
