Application Description of Micro Differential Pressure Transmitter LED-1151DR
Differential pressure transmitters are mainly used to measure the differential pressure, pressure, liquid level, and density of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA.DC signal outputs.
Differential pressure transmitters include three types: DP type (base type), HP type (high static pressure), and DR type (micro differential pressure). The above three types of transmitters can be combined with an intelligent amplifier board to form an intelligent differential pressure transmitter, which can communicate with each other through a handheld device that complies with the HART protocol for setting and monitoring.
The HP type high static pressure differential pressure transmitter is a type of differential pressure transmitter suitable for high-pressure equipment in petrochemical and power plants. Due to its high pressure resistance of up to 32MPa and the ability to withstand unidirectional overload pressure without damage, it can be reliably used for differential pressure measurement in high-pressure systems.
The DR type differential pressure transmitter can convert small differential pressures into 4-20mA DC signals. It uses a specially designed amplification circuit board and a special temperature compensation process, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It is an ideal product for detecting micro pressure, primary and secondary air flow, and airflow loss in furnace combustion chambers.
