The reactor is designed to synthesize chemical substances under certain temperature and pressure conditions. The sealing of the kettle body and lid adopts a reliable line sealing structure, and the inner sleeve is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, which has a stable and leak free sealing effect for a long time. The reaction kettle adopts external heating method to reduce its volume and can be placed in oil bath, water bath, oven or muffle furnace for high-temperature experiments.

二、操作方法

1) When using the high-pressure hydrothermal synthesis reactor, loosen the bolts on the flange, take out the solution cup and put it into the cup, then place it inside the reactor body. Install the sealing groove on the upper cover and the sealing spherical surface on the cup body together. Note that when tightening the bolts, tighten them on opposite sides and apply even force. Do not tighten any bolt at once. When the opposite bolt is tightened evenly, then tighten all the bolts on the opposite side with force before proceeding with the heating operation.

2) When the temperature reaches the required level, prepare to remove the solution cup and evenly loosen the opposite side of the bolts. It is not allowed to loosen all bolts at once, as this will damage the sealing groove of the upper cover and the sealing surface of the cup body.

3) Pay attention to protecting the sealing surface at the top of the cup body, and there should be no scratches, bumps, or other dirt.

4) When using, pay attention to cleaning the debris in the sealing groove of the upper cover, and there should be no dirt or impurities. If not cleaned thoroughly, it will leak during use.

5) If there is any leakage during use, please return to the factory for repair.

3、 Warranty scope:

1. High temperature and high pressure reactor, with a shelf life of three months.

2. The following situations are not covered by the warranty.

(1) The kettle body is knocked, deformed or severely damaged.

(2) The sealing spherical surface at the upper end of the solution cup has scratches and dents

(3) The sealing groove on the top cover of the kettle has scratches, dents, etc.
