The container is equipped with a stirring rod inside, which can be rotated and stirred by a magnetic drive to ensure uniform mixing of the reactants.
The magnetic driver is a key component of the reactor, consisting of a motor, magnetic stirring rod, and external magnetic field. The motor generates a magnetic field through rotation, causing the magnetic stirring rod to rotate inside the container, thereby achieving the stirring and mixing of reactants. This magnetic drive method eliminates the need for traditional mechanical seals, avoids the risks of leakage and contamination, and is also convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
Heating devices and temperature control systems are used to provide the required temperature conditions during the reaction process.
