Process Characteristics

Spiral tooth design, the substrate has both rigidity and toughness, and the components mesh well; The gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel and have a surface hardness of HRC62 through carburizing and quenching to achieve optimal wear resistance and impact toughness. The reduction mechanism adopts a spiral gear design, with a tooth meshing ratio of more than twice that of a regular spur gear. The bevel gear part of the reducer adopts a hypoid spiral bevel gear, with the tooth surface treated by grinding, which has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, and tight structure. The motor adopts high temperature resistant F-grade copper wire with automatic mechanical input, and is tested using professional motor testing equipment.
