Overview

This device is a three gas, two liquid fixed bed reactor for methanol reforming to produce hydrogen. It is equipped with three inlet channels and two inlet channels, accommodating both ultra trace and continuous liquid feeding methods. The exhaust gas treatment module is equipped with two methods: constant temperature online chromatographic analysis and offline analysis after gas-liquid separation, which are suitable for different feed and analysis requirements of various reaction products. The device adopts a pretreatment technology of first vaporizing liquid-phase raw materials and then fully mixing them with gas-phase raw materials to achieve efficient mixing and reaction of raw materials.

Product Features

1. Multi channel feeding precise control: three gas paths+two liquid paths: independent control system, gas using mass flow meter (MFC), liquid using high-precision metering pump and injection pump, ensuring accurate and adjustable gas-liquid ratio;

2. Optimization of gas-liquid mixing: The pre-treatment technology of first vaporizing liquid-phase raw materials and then fully mixing them with gas-phase raw materials is adopted to achieve efficient mixing and reaction of raw materials. Improve gas-liquid contact efficiency and reduce mass transfer resistance;

3. Flexible catalyst loading: supports particle, powder, and integral catalysts, with a bed design that balances high liquid holdup and low pressure drop;

4. Corrosion resistant material: The reactor body is made of Hastelloy C276 material;

5. Intelligent temperature control and pressure detection: three-stage heating, temperature range from room temperature to 600 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃; Pressure difference sensors are installed at the front and rear ends of the catalyst layer to constantly monitor the pressure difference in the catalyst bed;

6. Automated discharge of liquid phase products: The level gauge is interlocked with an electric discharge valve to achieve automatic discharge when the equipment is unmanned for a long time.
