Product Details

1、 Product Introduction
Metallographic automatic embedding machine is a specialized equipment for preparing metallographic samples. It embeds non-standard shaped metallographic samples into it through high-pressure, high-temperature environment and special embedding materials. The machine adopts a fully automatic control system, which can automatically complete the steps of feeding, heating, pressurization, cooling, and demolding, greatly improving work efficiency and sample quality. It not only improves work efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity of operators, and is widely used in fields such as materials science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc., providing convenience for researchers and engineers.
The metallographic automatic embedding machine adopts image processing technology, equipped with high-resolution cameras and professional image processing algorithms, which can capture and analyze high-definition images of the sample surface. These images can be used to observe the microstructure and organization of materials, and can be automatically feature extracted and analyzed through computer vision algorithms. By precise position control and motion trajectory planning, the sample can be accurately positioned and moved under the microscope. This can ensure that images obtained at different positions have consistent magnification and focus quality, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of metallographic analysis.

3、 Common troubleshooting methods

1. Uneven cutting: If uneven cutting results are found, it may be due to blade wear or loose fixing devices. The solution includes replacing the blade or fastening the fixing device.
2. Incorrect sample adhesion: Sometimes, when placing the sample into the fixture, weak adhesion may cause problems. In this case, appropriate glue or tape should be reused to ensure that the sample is firmly attached.
3. Blurred microstructure: If a blurry microstructure is observed, it may be due to incorrect focal length settings or insufficient light source brightness. Adjusting the focal length and increasing the brightness of the light source can improve this problem.
4. Abnormal operation noise: Abnormal noise usually indicates that there are problems with certain components in the equipment. At this point, it is necessary to stop using the equipment and have professional technicians inspect and repair the relevant components.
5. Power failure: If you find that the automatic metallographic embedding machine cannot start or suddenly loses power, please first check if the power cord is well connected and eliminate the power supply problem.
6. Program operation error: Sometimes user misoperation can also cause device problems. It is recommended to carefully read the user manual and follow the correct steps to avoid program errors.
7. Improper cleaning and maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the long-term stable operation of equipment. Please follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer for cleaning and maintenance work.

4、 Correct operation method
1. Preparation work: Firstly, ensure that the work area is clean and tidy, without any debris. Then, check whether the various components of the machine are intact and undamaged, such as fixtures, molds, control systems, etc.
2. Load sample: Place the metal sample to be embedded on the fixture and adjust the position and angle of the fixture for easy fixation and positioning of the sample. Meanwhile, ensure that the position and shape of the sample match the mold.
3. Choose the appropriate inlay material, such as plastic or resin, based on the properties and requirements of the metal sample. Pour the inlay material into the mold, being careful not to exceed the maximum capacity of the mold.
4. Set parameters: Based on the properties and requirements of the embedding material, set the parameters of the metallographic automatic embedding machine, such as temperature, pressure, time, etc. The setting of these parameters will affect the effect and quality of tiling, so adjustments need to be made according to the actual situation.
5. Start the machine: After confirming that all parameter settings are correct, start the metallographic automatic embedding machine. The machine will automatically complete the loading, embedding, and unloading operations of the sample. During the operation, close attention should be paid to the running status of the machine, and if there are any abnormal situations, the operation should be stopped immediately.
6. Unload the sample: After the embedding process is completed, turn off the metallographic automatic embedding machine and wait for the embedding material to solidify. Then, open the fixture and take out the embedded sample. Grind and polish the sample to obtain the desired metallographic structure.
