Working Principle:

Operating procedures:

Firstly, execute diligently

The relevant provisions of the "General Operating Procedures for Forging Equipment".

Secondly, conscientiously implement the following supplementary regulations:

1Before starting work, be diligent in:

1）Before the air freight test run, the equipment should be manually turned for one working stroke and confirmed to be normal before starting.[1]

2）For equipment with hydraulic devices, check that the oil level in the storage tank is sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check whether there is any leakage in the valves and pipelines, and the pressure should meet the requirements. Open the vent valve to release the air from the system.

2Be diligent in work and achieve:

1）It is not allowed to cut laminated panels or trim the edges of rough edged panels,It is not allowed to cut narrow sheets and short materials that are not tightly compressed.

2）The gap between the cutting plates should be adjusted according to the thickness of the sheet metal, but it should not exceed the maximum distance between the plates1/30The blade should be securely fastened, with the upper and lower blade surfaces kept parallel. After adjustment, manual turning should be used for inspection to avoid accidents.

3）The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp. If the cutting edge becomes dull or cracks, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

4）When cutting, the pressing device should firmly press the sheet metal, and it is not allowed to cut it in an unstressed state.

5）For equipment with hydraulic devices, except for throttling valves, other hydraulic valves are not allowed to be adjusted without authorization.

6）The The thickness of the sheet metal cut by the hydraulic swing shearing machine should be determined according to the "Curve of the Relationship between the Ultimate Strength of the Sheet Metal and the Sheet Thickness".

3After work, the upper blade should be placed in the lowest position.

Before operation, wear tight protective clothing, fasten the cuffs, and keep the hem of the shirt closed,

Do not wear, take off or change clothes next to the running machine tool, or wrap yourself with cloth to prevent machine injury. A safety helmet must be worn, and braids should be placed inside the helmet. Skirts and slippers are not allowed.

The operator of the shearing machine must be familiar with the main structure, performance, and usage methods of the shearing machine.
