Precautions during the measurement process

③After adding reagent 2, the measuring tube should appear pink or purple black. If the upper solution of the measuring tube becomes transparent during digestion, the amount of reagent 2 added can be appropriately increased to keep the measuring tube pink or purple black;

④After adding reagent three, if it is not possible to make the measuring tube clear, the amount of reagent three added can be appropriately increased to make the measuring tube clear;

⑤After adding reagent six, if the lower organic phase still shows a clear green color, the amount of reagent six added can be appropriately increased to change the color of the lower organic phase to no green or light green;

⑥To ensure accurate results and avoid reagent loss, please carefully read the instructions before testing (based on the actual received instructions), confirm whether the reagent storage and preparation are sufficient, whether the operating steps are clear, and be sure to take 2-3For samples with significant expected differences, please contact the staff promptly if there are any issues during the pre testing process.
