The medium pressure series fan can meet the performance requirements of both high flow rate and high pressure, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low noise. It is a centrifugal fan product series with a wide range of performance. It can be used to transport clean gases, dusty gases, flammable gases, corrosive gases, powder or granular materials, fiber materials, etc. at room temperature or high temperature. The impellers of medium pressure centrifugal fans are all designed in a backward direction, and some models of blades have a certain curvature, which has good wear resistance and a relatively long service life. The size of the air inlet and outlet is larger than that of a high-pressure fan, allowing for a larger flow of gas to pass through. The internal space of its casing is narrower than that of a high flow fan, with longer and narrower blades. The gas flow rate inside the casing is faster than that of a low-pressure fan, and the suction and output pressure of the fan are relatively higher. The thickness of the impeller is smaller than that of a low-pressure centrifugal fan, but the steel plate used is relatively thick, with high structural strength and good operational safety. Usually, no additional structural reinforcement is required. Often used in extremely harsh working environments, the robust spindle and bearings capable of withstanding large loads ensure the reliability of the fan system operation. By using special materials, installing wear-resistant lining plates, applying anti-corrosion coatings, and spraying alloy coatings, it is possible to resist harsh working environments, extend the service life of impellers, and reduce downtime and maintenance costs for users.
Our company's medium pressure fan series is mainly used in the industrial field, with typical applications including forced ventilation, forced cooling and heat dissipation, material drying, air purification equipment, industrial dust collector systems, air filtration systems, flue gas desulfurization, flue gas denitrification, air supply and induced draft for boiler systems/kiln systems/incinerator systems, primary/secondary air for industrial boilers, ventilation for various large mill systems such as cement mills/coal mills, industrial waste heat recovery devices, mineral powder sintering (sintering machines), coke production (coke ovens), pressurized or depressurized sealing of industrial equipment, and recovery of industrial waste gas.
