The medium high temperature heat pump dryer is driven by electrical energy and provides hot air with the required temperature (65-75 ℃) and wind speed for the ore drying process. This drying equipment uses the principle of a heat pump to achieve the effect of an energy amplifier. A heat pump is a device that transfers the heat from a low-level heat source to a high-level heat source, and is also a new energy technology that has attracted considerable attention from society. Heat pumps typically extract low-grade heat from natural sources such as air, water, or soil, perform electrical work, and then provide people with usable high-grade thermal energy. A heat pump is an energy amplifier, and using a 50kW (including fan power consumption) heat pump can achieve more heating than 200kW.

Precautions for using medium high temperature heat pump dryer:

1. It is strictly prohibited to operate the dryer in violation of the operating procedures

When the leakage protection switch trips, it is allowed to reclose once. After reclosing and tripping, the cause must be identified before continuing to close

3. It is strictly prohibited to conduct equipment maintenance while the equipment is live

4. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the compressor when the fan is running abnormally or unable to operate

During the normal operation of the dryer, it is strictly prohibited to turn on or off the power switch at will

Before starting up, check whether the equipment is running normally, especially after a long period of shutdown

7. During the normal operation of the dryer, it is strictly prohibited to touch touch touch screen buttons that are unrelated to normal operation

During the normal operation of the dryer, it is strictly prohibited to press the emergency stop button

After the normal or abnormal shutdown of the heat pump dryer, it should wait for more than 5 minutes until the high and low pressures are balanced (the high and low pressure gauge readings are basically consistent), and then restart the program. It is strictly prohibited to continuously start and stop the compressor

10. It is strictly prohibited to plug or unplug the power cord, control wire, sensor signal wire, etc. of this device when the power is turned on

11. Ensure that the electrical control cabinet and fans in the entire equipment are well grounded

During the normal operation of the medium high temperature heat pump dryer, any button on the touch screen of the control cabinet must not be easily pressed in violation of the operating procedures

13. The filter should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent blockage of the air duct

Attention should be paid: The overall electrical equipment should not be subjected to live maintenance or inspection. Before maintenance or inspection, the power should be turned off in advance, and a "Do not close" sign should be hung on the power switch.
