【 Identification 】(1) In the chromatogram recorded under the relative content check of stearic acid and palmitic acid, the retention time of the two main peaks in the test solution should be consistent with that of the two main peaks in the reference solution. (2) Take 5.0g of this product, place it in a separatory funnel, add 50ml, shake well, add 20ml of dilute nitric acid and 20ml of water, shake until the solution * dissolves, place in layers, transfer the water layer into another separatory funnel, extract the layer twice with water, each time 4ml, combine the water layers, clean the water layer with 15ml, transfer the water layer to a 50ml volumetric flask, dilute with water to the mark, shake well, and use as the test solution. The identification reaction of magnesium salt should be observed (General Rule 0301).
