1、 Performance Introduction
1. Work platform: Adopting high-strength imported aluminum alloy work platform
2. Lifting mechanism: The motor drives the ball screw to lift the working platform.
3. Height control: The height of the lift is measured by a photoelectric encoder component installed on the base. The photoelectric encoder measurement has high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and high reliability, ensuring the repeatability of the impact.
4. Braking system: It adopts pneumatic braking, strong friction holding brake, and anti secondary impact braking function to prevent secondary rebound
5. Buffer system: Effectively reducing the impact force of the impact test on the ground, a self buffering system is designed, consisting of a base, dampers, and airbags.
Waveform generator
The half sine waveform generator is mainly made of engineering rubber or wool felt. Multiple thicknesses are connected in series to form various stiffnesses, achieving different impact pulse widths.
Safety device
Emergency stop switch: cuts off the circuit in emergency situations such as forcibly disconnecting the contact fusion of the action mechanism.

2、 Introduction and Characteristics of Impact Measurement System
The system complies with MIL-STD-810, GJB-150-18-86, and IEC68-2-27 standards. It has precise and fast impulse waveform capture capabilities, with a maximum sampling rate of up to 1MHz. You no longer have to worry about even small impulse events being missed.
It is also an integrated solution, where you don't have to be busy with waveform viewing and recording. It can complete everything from capturing impact events to generating reports. More importantly, it provides you with shock response spectrum (SRS) analysis function, which can help you effectively evaluate the potential damage of impact pulses to actual systems. Finally, auxiliary analyses such as force deformation and impact response can help you understand more details about the impact results.

3、 Environmental requirements
1. On site temperature: 5 ℃~+28 ℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤ 28 ℃);
2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85% RH;
