Test Principle
During the testing process, the texture analyzer applies controlled forces to the sample and records the resulting deformation or response. The measurement of the application and response of this force is accomplished through components such as probes, force sensors, and robotic arms inside the instrument. The probe is connected to the robotic arm and can move up or down with the robotic arm to apply force to the sample. At the same time, the force sensor will sense and record the force applied to the probe, converting it into a digital signal for display.

The host is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, which allows direct operation of the texture analyzer using the touch screen. The operation is simple and the results are displayed intuitively, making it suitable for on-site or rapid testing.
