TAOMSUN measures copper hairspring, which is made by cold drawing, rolling, winding, and shaping metal filaments. It is a precision elastic element that can generate reactive torque. The materials available include brass strip, beryllium green copper wire, stainless steel wire, thermal bimetallic strip, brass wire, pure copper wire, and bronze wire. The balance spring has good elastic properties, small elastic hysteresis, low temperature coefficient and resistance coefficient, and has anti magnetic and anti-corrosion properties. A measuring copper hairspring is a precision spiral spring formed from fine metal wire through cold drawing, rolling, coiling and setting, with a defined shape and spiral curve. It is an elastic component that generates a restoring torque, with a size range of 5–300 mm. It offers a quantifiable elastic characteristic, low elastic hysteresis, a small temperature coefficient (thermoelastic coefficient) and a small resistance coefficient, as well as excellent anti-magnetic and corrosion-resistant performance.

4. Main Functions
Conductive hairsprings and electrical measuring instrument hairsprings are mainly used in electrical measuring instruments: they build up the restoring torque while conducting current into the moving system, and are also used in timing mechanisms to generate the oscillating system. Tachometer hairsprings are used to produce the restoring torque of the magnetic-induction moving system of the instrument, providing core driving force and regulation support for the precise operation of various instruments.
