Manufacturer supplied fixed explosion-proof combustible natural gas detection alarm
Combustible gas detection alarm is an important security product. Its main function is to promptly issue sound and light alarm signals or cut off solenoid valves when combustible gas leaks or exceeds the concentration limit, reminding people to evacuate urgently or take safety measures, effectively ensuring the gas safety of restaurants.
The main working principle of combustible gas detection alarm: The combustible gas detection alarm is divided into two parts: detector and controller. The detector is installed at the detection site, and the controller is installed in the duty room. When gas leaks, the detector will first sense and issue an on-site alarm, and then convert the detected gas concentration into an electrical signal to transmit to the controller behind. After receiving the signal, the controller will also issue an alarm to remind the on duty personnel to take measures. At the same time, the alarm will also activate the exhaust fan to start blowing air.

Gas detectors can be widely used in industries such as gas, chemical, metallurgical, and steel where flammable or toxic gases exist. They are important instruments for ensuring property and personal safety. Below, we will share with you the precautions for installing gas detectors?
1. Gas detectors should be calibrated at least once a year to ensure detection accuracy. The probe is prohibited from pure gas testing, and it is strictly forbidden to use a lighter for fumigation testing to avoid premature failure of the probe due to excessive concentration of combustible gas fumigation testing. Regular testing is also strictly prohibited.
2. There are various installation methods for gas detectors, which can be roof mounted, wall mounted, or pipe mounted. It is important to ensure that the installation is firm and reliable, while also considering ease of maintenance and calibration of the detector.
3. When installing the gas detector, the sensor should be fixed facing downwards, the locking nut should be tightened, the probe cover should be properly covered, and tightened with screws to meet explosion-proof standards.
4. Gas detectors should be wired in the event of a power outage, and then powered on after confirming the correct wiring; The probe should be opened and debugged after confirming that there is no combustible gas leakage on site.
5. Gas detectors should be selected within a radius of 1 meter around valves, pipeline interfaces, gas outlets, or areas prone to leakage, as close as possible but without affecting the operation of other equipment. At the same time, high temperature and high humidity environments should be avoided as much as possible, and the detector's operating temperature and humidity range should not be exceeded. External influences such as splashing water, oil, and the possibility of mechanical damage should be avoided.
