working principle:
Put the medicinal herbs into the extraction tank and add 5-10 times the solvent such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process requirements). Turn on the heating system of the extraction tank, heat the extraction solution to boiling for 20-30 minutes, and then use a filter tube to draw one-third of the extraction solution into the concentration tank. Close the extraction tank and jacket hot water, turn on the concentration tank and heating system to maintain the temperature of the concentrated juice at around 80 ℃, and keep the vacuum degree at -0.05 to -0.08MPA. The secondary steam generated during concentration is converted into condensate through the condenser and cooler and refluxed to the extraction tank as a new solvent. The new solvent is added to the medicine from top to bottom through the medicinal material layer to the bottom of the extraction tank. The soluble components in the medicinal material are dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank, and the extraction liquid is drawn into the concentration tank through a filter tube. The secondary steam generated by concentration is then sent to the extraction tank as a new solvent, forming a new solvent reflux extraction. The concentration continues until * is dissolved (the extraction liquid is colorless) and concentrated into the required specific gravity ointment. The colorless substance in the extraction tank is extracted. The liquid can be reused next time. If it is extracted with organic solvent, add an appropriate amount of water first, open the straight tube and jacket hot water, recover the solvent, and discharge the residue.
