structural design
The shell of the high and low temperature wet heat alternating test equipment is made of high-quality A3 steel plate surface treated with spray coating, with a circular arc design and smooth and natural lines. The inner liner is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate, which can continuously control the test temperature difference within ± 2 ℃. The indoor sample rack and other accessories are made of SUS304 stainless steel material. The insulation material for the equipment is high-density fiberglass cotton, and a transparent window is set on the box door to observe the changes in the indoor samples. The observation window is made of multi-layer insulated tempered glass and has a laminated conductive film on the inside.
The humidity adopts stainless steel boiler steam humidification method, high-precision PT100 with wet cloth induction, fast response and precise control. At the same time, it eliminates the problem of water freezing affecting the temperature during low-temperature testing of shallow water humidifiers. The mixing system adopts a long axis fan motor to ensure uniform and stable temperature and humidity in the laboratory. A double-layer high-temperature resistant high tension sealing strip is used between the door and the box, and the test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be used for external testing power or signal lines (the aperture or number of holes can be determined according to customer instructions). The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed at the bottom, and the compressor adopts the French imported Taikang brand to ensure refrigeration efficiency and reliability. The refrigerant is environmentally friendly. High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to its position and fix the casters afterwards.

control system
The high and low temperature wet heat alternating test equipment generally adopts the "TEMI880" touch screen programmable temperature and humidity controller imported from South Korea or the "OYO" touch screen programmable temperature and humidity control instrument imported from Japan, with intelligent high-precision digital PID microcomputer control, true color 5.7 inches, 10 sets of programs, each set of 100 segments, and each segment can cycle 999 steps. Equipped with R232 and R485 communication interfaces, with a color interface for exchanging Chinese and English. The temperature sensor adopts PT100 platinum resistance tester. The temperature control adopts a thermal balance temperature adjustment method, with the function of setting the time arbitrarily. The main electrical components of the equipment, such as circuit breakers, AC contactors, and small relays, are all made of Schneider brand, while other electrical accessories are made in China.
Heating, cooling, and dehumidification system
The heating adopts far-infrared nickel chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, with a high-temperature independent system that does not affect low-temperature testing. The humidity adopts stainless steel tube with built-in nickel chromium alloy high-speed heating wire and high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, with fast reaction and long service life. The refrigeration compressor adopts fully enclosed French Taikang, with mechanical refrigeration for cooling or dehumidification, forced air cooling for condensation, independent heating and cooling systems, and imported original parts for drying filters, refrigerant flow windows, repair valves, oil separators, solenoid valves, and liquid storage tanks.
Ultra low temperature or large volume low-temperature test chambers use German imported "valley wheel" air-cooled and water-cooled compressors.
