1、 Technical principles and core modules

Optoelectronic Colorimetry and Spectroscopy Technology

Based on the Lambert Beer law, the concentration of a substance is calculated by measuring the absorbance of specific wavelengths of light.

Optical system upgrade:

Pre splitting and post splitting: The new equipment adopts post splitting technology, combined with a lens group to focus the beam onto a small colorimetric cup, reducing reagent consumption by 40% -60%.

Grating splitting: Decompose light into more than 10 wavelengths, eliminate electromagnetic interference through optical/digital signal conversion technology, and improve testing accuracy by nearly 100 times.

Closed optical path: no maintenance required, accurate light distribution and long service life.

thermostatic system

Constant temperature liquid circulation indirect heating: The colorimetric cup is filled with odorless and non evaporating stable constant temperature liquid, with temperature fluctuations of ≤± 0.1 ℃, overcoming the defects of water bath pollution and uneven air bath.

Temperature control range: 37 ℃± 0.3 ℃, meeting the stringent temperature requirements for biochemical reactions.

Sample processing module

Intelligent probe technology:

The liquid level sensor prevents probe damage and the blood clot alarm function reduces sampling errors.

Up and down anti-collision design, to avoid probe damage caused by misoperation.

Multiple sets of stirring rods:

Imitating the manual cleaning process, the first group is stirred while the second group is cleaned synchronously, and the third group is rinsed with warm water and air dried to reduce cross contamination.

Spiral high-speed rotating stirring enhances strength and avoids microbubble interference.

Reagent system

Open reagent support: Hospitals can independently choose reagent suppliers to balance price and quality.

Reagent refrigeration function: Store at a low temperature of 2 ℃ -10 ℃ to prevent reagent failure.

Barcode recognition: automatically checks the type, batch number, expiration date, and calibration curve of reagents, supporting high-speed detection needs.
