The drop hammer impact testing machine is suitable for measuring the external impact resistance of various pipes (PVC-U water supply pipe, sewage pipe, low-pressure water supply pipe, low-pressure water supply pipe, core foam pipe, double wall corrugated pipe, PE water supply pipe) and boards. It is also suitable for hard plastic boards. When using, it should be placed on a solid foundation and fixed with anchor screws. There should be a hole with a depth of 700mm and a diameter of 250mm in the middle of the foundation. Adjust the bottom of the machine base to make the verticality of the guide rod 1/1000, so that the hammer seat can move freely inside the guide rod and maintain a gap of 0-5-1mm with the guide rod. Inject a small amount of engine oil on the lifting screw.
Usage analysis:
1. According to the experimental requirements, determine the weight and impact height of the hammer body, and prepare the sample for future use.
2. Determine the mass of the hammer body.
3. Thread the hammer rod through the sliding sleeve under the hammer seat, and place the selected weight on the hammer rod, tightening the nut.
4. Turn on the power and enter the working state.
5. Press the "slow rise" button to lift the hammer away from the bottom, and press the "stop" button to facilitate the installation of the sample.
6. Open the laboratory door and place the sample on a V-shaped iron.
7. Observe the status of the red indicator light on the left photoelectric switch: if it is off, it indicates that the sample is too high and the light cannot pass through. If it is on, it indicates that the sample is too low and the light can pass through. Adjust the lifting handwheel to make the upper busbar of the sample and the center of the photoelectric tube on the same horizontal plane.
8. Determine the height zero point: Use the "slow down" and "slow up" keys to make the hammer just in contact with the sample, and press the zero point "Xiao Zero" on the height display table.
9. Close the protective net and door, press the "fast rise" button, the ruler indicates the lifting height, and press the "stop" button after reaching the predetermined height.
10. Impact: First press the "pre drop hammer" button to make the indicator light on this button light up, then press the "drop hammer" button to make the hammer fall and impact the sample. Attention: Pressing the "pre drop hammer" button: If the key stop indicator light does not light up, it indicates that the sample is too high and needs to be readjusted in height. Pre drop hammer "button: Press this button to enter the pre drop hammer state (after the sample is installed), press the" drop hammer "button, and the hammer body will immediately fall. Press other keys to release the drop hammer state.
11. When the hammer impacts the sample and the sample does not break, causing the hammer to rebound, the photoelectric signal controls the hammer holding mechanism to quickly clamp (connect) the rebound hammer to prevent secondary impact.
12. Press the "Quick Drop" button, insert the pin on the hammer seat into the electromagnetic valve seat, and press the micro switch to stop the descent.
13. According to step 2, take out the sample and insert a new sample. Repeat steps 3-9, and perform some adjustment and inspection work midway.
14. Shutdown: Turn off the power switch and main power of the electrical control box.
