• KYN61-40.5 enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV single busbar segmented power systems. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. It meets the requirements of IEC60298, DL404, and other standards, and has complete "five prevention" functions.

  Characteristics of KYN61-40.5 enclosed switchgear:
  1. By using heat shrink insulation materials and epoxy coating insulation technology, the electrical shape is optimized, the cabinet structure is compact, and the footprint is reduced;
  2. The switchgear cabinet body is made of cold-rolled steel processed by CNC sheet metal forming, and connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts. The surface of the components is sprayed or galvanized;
  3. Can be equipped with domestically produced ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breakers and French SF1, SF2 type and FP system sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers to meet the needs of different users;
  4. Each functional compartment of the switchgear is sealed with metal plates and equipped with independent pressure release channels;
  5. Circuit breakers, grounding switches, and other operations can be performed with the switchgear closed to achieve door closing;
  6. The structural adaptability of the switchgear is strong, and the main wiring scheme can reach more than 198 types, which can meet the needs of different users;
  7. There are mechanical interlocking devices between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch, and rear cabinet door to prevent misoperation. The "five prevention" functions are complete, safe, and reliable.
