Product Introduction

The outer shell of YB-10/0.4 outdoor box type substation is made of environmentally friendly new materials, and the internal transformer is made of amorphous alloy high-efficiency energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials. It is a compact distribution equipment arranged in a certain line scheme with high-voltage cabinets, low-voltage distribution devices, and energy metering equipment. Used as a complete set of substations and distribution stations for receiving and distributing electrical energy in rated voltage 10/0.4KV three-phase AC systems. Suitable for urban public power distribution, high-rise buildings, residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields, and temporary construction sites. The technical performance of the product meets the requirements of standards such as ZBK4001-89 and SD320-89.

Product structure diagram features:

The basic structure of the transformer box is divided into "eye" and "cross" shapes. The box frame is made of high-quality channel steel and angle steel welded together, with high mechanical strength. The box is made of aluminum alloy profiles, which have good anti-corrosion ability. The overall beautiful appearance can be coordinated with the surrounding environment through painting and coloring. The carefully designed bottom lifting device provides convenience for installation, transportation, and movement.

There are independent high-voltage rooms, transformer rooms, and low-voltage rooms inside the transformer box, and the lighting in each room automatically opens with the opening of the door. The high-voltage room is equipped with high-voltage ring network switchgear, which can be selected as compressed air/vacuum load switch according to user needs, and has the "five prevention" function. When using a current limiting high-voltage fuse, if a certain phase fuse is blown, the load switch will automatically open, avoiding faults caused by phase loss operation.

The transformer room adopts natural ventilation and automatic control forced cooling air cooling device, with an exhaust system that automatically controls with temperature changes, which can effectively control and reduce the temperature inside the box to meet operational requirements. According to user requirements, anti condensation devices can also be used. According to user requirements, it can be conveniently accessed from both sides of the transformer room through the main door along the track. The box material can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, and has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof performance, long service life, simple maintenance, and beautiful appearance.

Transformers can be dry-type or oil immersed, and oil immersed transformers can be selected from two types: fully sealed with oil pillows and fully sealed without oil pillows.

The low-voltage chamber has the overall function of a complete set of low-voltage switchgear equipment, which can be selected and combined by users at will.

Structural features: The high-voltage structure is reasonable and compact, and SF6, FZN57, VHC ring main unit can be selected, all of which have five party interlocking function.

The natural ventilation and automatic ventilation cooling system for transformers can be applied to dry-type and oil immersed transformers.

Low voltage room: Multiple structural distribution schemes can be adopted according to user requirements, including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power automatic compensation, energy metering, and other functions, equipped with an automatic lighting system.

The number and orientation of pre embedded steel pipes in the foundation are determined by the user based on the number and orientation of incoming and outgoing cables

The cables inside the foundation should be fixed with brackets, and the embedded iron parts and supports should be grounded;

The number of grounding rods is determined by the soil conditions, and it is necessary to ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 4 Ω;

The connection between the grounding electrode and the grounding wire must be welded and coated with asphalt for corrosion prevention;
