4、 Structure description:
This punching machine mainly consists of: handwheel, spiral screw, main support or guide column, and platform.
The main frame screw hole is equipped with a three headed spiral screw rod, and the upper end of the screw rod is equipped with a handwheel. The rotating screw rod is used to quickly move up and down by cutting the plate from below. When it rotates the handwheel, the three headed screw drives the cutting blade through the rotating sliding shaft, which can perform reciprocating motion to achieve the purpose of punching the test piece.
5、 Usage:
(1) Place the cushion plate equipped with the random table on the machine base platform;
(2) Place the sample blank on the flat surface of the cushion plate;
(3) Place the cutting blade on the specimen on the workbench, ensuring that the cutting edge plane is parallel to the machine base platform;
(4) Rotate the handwheel and press down the cutting blade to punch and cut into standard samples.
