TR-502 Double Roll Mixer (Silicone, Rubber)
Also known as an open type rubber mixing machine, abbreviated as an open mixing machine or rubber mixing machine, it is used in the rubber industry and plastic product mixing experiments. Compared with traditional casting equipment, it has the characteristics of light weight, small volume, easy operation, better temperature control and constant temperature effect, energy saving and environmental protection, and convenient use and maintenance.
This machine consists of main components such as rollers, bearings, and frames, as well as transmission devices, distance adjustment devices, safety braking devices, roller temperature adjustment devices, lubrication devices, etc. By using two horizontally placed and relatively rotating rollers at different line speeds D, the rubber raw material is sheared, extruded, plasticized, and mixed to produce blanks that meet production and processing requirements.
