The anime image measuring instrument is an upgraded and replaced product of the traditional projector. The traditional projector simply measures objects through optical projection amplification and then uses a data processor for simple measurement, while the image measuring instrument clearly converts the measured objects to the computer through image acquisition, and uses DTV 2.5T special image measurement software to measure the size of objects through different measurement tools (points, lines, circles, arcs, angles, etc.) for the product pictures captured in the computer software, and finally saves the measurement data (WORD, EXCEL, or CAD) in different document formats. Its accuracy and practicality are far beyond the traditional projector.

The anime image measuring instrument is applicable to all application fields for the purpose of two-dimensional measurement. It is mainly used for the detection, positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of various defects (welds, cracks, inclusions, pores, etc.) inside the workpiece, which can be used not only in the laboratory but also in the project site; Widely used in industries such as boilers, pressure vessels, aerospace, aviation, power, petroleum, chemical, offshore petroleum, pipelines, shipbuilding, automobiles, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, metal processing industry, steel structures, railway transportation, nuclear power, universities, etc.

The VMS image measuring instrument adopts a German COMST high-definition color CCD camera and a continuous zoom objective lens as the measurement aiming system;

A digital element measurement and data processing system consisting of a two coordinate worktable, an electronic grating ruler, and a data processor;

The base, columns, and mobile platform are all designed with granite structure, which has a simple and elegant appearance,norust,noDeformation;

X. The Y and Z axes are both driven by smooth rod friction precision transmission, which is sensitive, reliable, has no backlash, and can move quickly;

The bottom light adopts LED frosted cold light source, which is evenly distributed to ensure the uniformity of lighting in every corner of the product contour;

The surface light is composed of three sets of circular LED light sources, all driven by constant current power supply and continuously adjustable;

High quality optical system and high-resolution CCD ensure clear measurement images;

The instrument has multiple functions for data processing, display, input, and output, integrating measurement with office work;

After connecting the instrument to the computer, specialized image measurement software is used to process and output the surveying graphics.

Equipped with VMS 2.5T measurement software as standard, it can automatically search for edges, lines, select circles, circles, arcs, and remove burrs with a mouse. It can measure points, lines, circles, arcs, angles, distances, etc. (see the following parameters for detailed software functions);

The measurement results can be imported into AUTOCAD for comparison with the original product drawings, and can also be easily processed to form engineering drawings;

Measurement data or graphics can be imported into WORD or EXCEL for reporting purposes;
